I gave one of these lights to my husband for Christmas 2011. He just loves his light. It is in constant use because it gives really good light when cooking on the BBQ. We have just come back from a camping holiday - yes, we took the light with us. This was a great light to have over our cooking and preparation area and it is something that will always stay on our camping list. We have only ever used battery power and the current batteries have been in for 9 months and the light is still powering away. The timer is also great. What better way to get that perfect cooked steak then to time 2 minutes each side. Thanks!

My husband received one of these as a gift Xmas 2009 and he loves it. Finds it very practical and useful. How many people have a good quality lightsource over their BBQ? Not many really and this light makes such a difference. He also finds the timer very handy as one can be distracted standing over the BBQ with a beer and a mate. It comes with an AC adaptor or can be used with batteries. We liked it so much I recently organised for them to be given to our employees at work as a gift December 2010 and the reviews have been only positive.
