Where we deliver
Barbeques Galore only delivers to most locations within Australia. We require a street address specified by you for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced.
How and when we deliver
All deliveries are made 8.30am to 5.00pm (local time) Monday to Friday by Barbeques Galore chosen carriers. The delivery method will be organised by Barbeques Galore. Delivery lead time is based on destination.
If you do not receive your delivery ten working days after receiving your despatch notification, contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 139 867 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote reference numbers you were given on your invoice and in your order despatch notice in all correspondence.
We offer 2 delivery services depending on your delivery location and your order
Barbeques Galore will utilise a number of Transport Company’s dependent on the destination.
Deliveries within Metropolitan areas of Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth
Deliveries into Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth Metropolitan areas are sent via an appointed transport contractor. Estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 working days.
Our transport service will call you within 2 working days of your items being despatched to arrange a delivery date for the delivery of this item(s) to a street address specified by you.
Deliveries outside the above Metropolitan areas in each state
Deliveries outside the metropolitan areas of Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth in each state are sent via an appointed transport contractor.
Estimated delivery time is 5 -15 working days depending on your location.
Our transport company will phone you on the day of delivery to confirm a delivery time. Please note this is a door-to-door service only.

Cost of delivery
Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order, and your delivery address.
Barbeques Galore online store reserves the right to alter delivery fees without notice. Your delivery fee will not change after you have submitted your purchase and have received confirmation.
If you would like an estimate of your cost of delivery, put the item into your shopping basket and start the checkout process. You will need to complete stage one “Verify Your Order” before the shipping costs can be calculated.
You will have the opportunity (based on your entered postcode) to view the finalised delivery charges on your order at the checkout stage before you complete your order and make payment.
Acceptance of delivery
Our delivery team will not leave your order at the specified delivery address unless someone has accepted and signed for delivery. Barbeques Galore online store will not accept responsibility for the security of a package left under special instructions.
Deliveries must be signed for upon request, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Barbeques Galore to be authorised to receive the products. For your protection and peace of mind, photo identification will be required on delivery.
Unfortunately Barbeques Galore and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of an exact delivery time.
If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, Barbeques Galore carrier will leave a card. You will need to contact the carrier directly to make alternative delivery arrangements.
Australian Orders Only
Orders placed on the Barbeques Galore online store can only be accepted from within Australia for delivery within Australia.
We are unable to deliver dangerous goods (such as aerosol cans, paint etc).
