The charcoal starter is well made, sturdy, and works as good as any I've tried. However, the handle is made of plastic and where it mounts to the metal frame actually melts and becomes loose during use. I'm worried that the handle will come off with a full load of lit charcoal. It would have been better with a wooden handle.
