This book has to be the best kept secret on barbeque techniques. My wife would NEVER eats sausages until we spoke with Michael and bought his book. Cooking sausages in the warming tray following instrcutions in this book has been so rewarding and guess what? Sausages three times this week!!!. Plus the other tips and techniques we have picked up, and all for around $15.00, and you must try smoking, the flavours are so enhanced. Congratulations Michael. Please note this is a completely unsolicited personal opinion, however I would recomend visiting Michael and you will meet a very passionate man, committed to his employer and one who would like everyone to gain maximum enjoyment from Barbequeing.
