Regional Manager:
The Regional Manager provides leadership, support and guidance to the store manager and staff, and is responsible for the P&L performance of a group of stores within his/her jurisdiction.
In addition to various other duties that may be assigned:
- Continually exceeds customers’ expectations
- Hires/promotes the right store management personnel for current and future needs of the business
- Develops store management personnel to achieve success
- Promotes and encourages Barbeques Galore culture in all staff
- Implements and reinforces company standards
- Instigates and supports company initiatives towards continuous improvement
- Achieves budgeted earnings for the region
- Ensures compliance of National and State Acts and Regulations
- Monitors current market trends
- Is aware and plans for future business needs.
Store Manager:
The Store Manager provides leadership, support and guidance to store team members and is responsible for the P&L performance of the store.
In addition to various other duties that may be assigned:

- Hires the right team members for current and future needs of the busines
- Develops store team members to achieve success
- Creates a team environment
- Maintains and supports company standards
- Achieves budgeted earnings
- Complies with National and State Acts and Regulations
- Meet deadlines
- Role models the Barbeques Galore culture and leads by example
- Communicates effectively with Retail Support
- Maintains store distribution and inventory system
- Monitor current market trends
- Is aware and plans for future business needs
Operations Manager:
The Operations Manager assists the store manager in providing leadership, support and guidance to the store team members.
In addition to various other duties that may be assigned:
- Assists the store manager in the day-to-day running of the store and operates in place of the store manager in that individual’s absence
- Continually exceed customer’s expectations
- Assists in staff development
- Supports the creation of a team environment
- Maintains and supports company standards
- Assists in achieving budgeted earnings
- Complies with National and State Acts and Regulations
- Role models the Barbeques Galore culture at all times and leads by example
- Meet deadlines
- Communicates effectively with store manager and team members
- Assists in the maintenance of store distribution and inventory system
Customer Care Team Members:
The Customer Care Team Members provides a high standard of assistance and service to customers.
In addition to various other duties that may be assigned:
- Identifies and exceeds customers’ needs and expectations
- Takes responsibility for developmental needs
- Contributes to a team environment in a positive manner
- Maintains and supports company standards
- Achieve own sales goals
- Complies with National and State Acts and Regulations
- Supports and demonstrates the Barbeques Galore culture
- Assists in the maintenance of store distribution and inventory system
Store Person:
The Store Person controls the receiving and dispatching of all goods.
In addition to other duties that may be assigned:
- Exceeds customers’ expectations
- Maintains and supports company standards
- Maintains warehouse administration standards
- Takes responsibility for developmental needs
- Contributes to a team environment in a positive manner
- Complies with National and State Acts and Regulations
- Supports and demonstrates the Barbeques Galore culture
- Carries out other duties delegated by store management
