This wood fired oven is the perfect entertainer for the colder months and is extremely versatile when it comes to cooking a wide range of foods depending on your appetite.
The ovens boasts a wide range of features including

- For best results ensure that a properly dried hardwood is used.
For lighting: keep flue damper fully open and oven door open. For roasting and baking: flue damper half open, oven door vent fully open and adjust flue damper to target 200°C (400°F) .
For pizza: flue damper half open, oven door fully open, adjust flue damper to target 300°C.
Cooking tips
- When ready to cook open the door, it is best to use the pizza peel to push burning fuel to the back oven, use the peel to scrape and embers or ash to the back of the oven as well.
- When cooking pizza traditionally it is placed on the fire bricks, although it is ok to use a traditional pizza stone or tray if you prefer.
- When cooking meat, place meat on a tray or baking rack before placing in oven.
When attached to the stand(sold separately) this oven can be wheeled around as required, making it the ultimate portable cooking experience.
