This ergonomic dumbbell set has a total weight of 30 kg (2 x 15 kg). The dumbbells have anti-slip plastic handles so you will be able to work-out without having to worry that the dumbbells will slip from your hands and fall. The screw-caps have star bolts to make sure that the weight plates are always mounted firmly and secure on the bar. The bar of the dumbbell is made of strong metal.
