These high heat silicone eyelets are designed to protect temperature probe wires and cables by enabling them to be fed through a small hole in the smoker wall and not between the lid and the stacks.
Keep an eye on what’s happening under the lid, the built in analogue temperature gauge is large enough to give you an indication of the internal temperature of the cooking chamber at a glance.
The one piece heavy duty charcoal basket comes with an integral bracket, allowing easy use of the ProQ Flip n Grate giving ultimate control when grilling.
