Shipping and Delivery
- We only deliver to residences within Australia.
- We regret that we do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. If a non-deliverable address is entered, we may need to ask you for a residential address or cancel your order.
- Return to Sender (RTS) items will be assessed for the return reason. If it’s due to an incorrect address, undeliverable issues, or non-collection, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Warranty and Returns
- Minimum 12 months warranty on all items from the day of purchase.
- Prior to returns, we may require you perform some troubleshooting steps or provide evidence to demonstrate the physical condition and fault before initiating the return.
- In the event where vendors prefer to perform troubleshooting for the end user, we may require you to contact them directly as they are often able to resolve connectivity/software issues virtually.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) and Change of Mind (COM) claims must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. We may require information regarding the order as proof of purchase.
- COM returns must be returned in a factory sealed and unopened condition. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. If the item is opened or used, a deduction of 10-50% will be deducted from the refund to recover the lost value of the item.
- Please note that for COM, the return postage is paid by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the well-being and safety of the product in transit
