Shipping
We ship Australia wide but some large bulky items, such as cubby houses and swings sets, may not be delivered to specific regional and remote areas. All warehouses are located in Australia. Multiple items may be at different locations and delivered separately.
Our Courier Partners
We use Australia Post and selected road freight carrier services for deliveries including TNT, Allied and Toll. Our couriers require a street address, not a P.O.Box.
Order Tracking
Orders are processed within 24 hours.Within 2-5 business days you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number so you'll know exactly when to expect your delivery.
Shipping Time
Orders usually takes 2-14 business days to arrive however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your courier delays. Please contact us if an item has not arrived after 15 days.
Returns
In the unlikely event of faulty or broken items being delivered we will repair, replace or provide a full refund.You must make contact with us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Change of Mind
A change of mind return may be made within 14 days for a refund if it meets the criteria. To be eligible for a return
- You must have a receipt for proof of purchase.
- Be unused and unopened.
- In the same condition that you received.
Return & Restocking
For 'change of mind' returns you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning items, irrespective of any free shipping offers that applied at the time of your original purchase.
We will provide shipping 'return post' labels. Please do not return products without contacting us and arranging the correct shipping.
If you use the supplied 'return post' shipping label, a refund will be processed minus the relevant shipping fees and a restocking fee of 10%.
