Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Customers are provided consignment details on despatch of their orders .
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All orders will be delivered freight free.
Delivery Times are only estimates based on our courier’s standard advice. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control such as Acts of God, Pandemic, Political and Social Events, Supply Chain considerations
Returns
We do not exchange goods for change of mind.
Goods received damaged may be eligible for a refund, however the purchaser must notify us in writing within 30 calendar days of purchase, quoting invoice reference numbers.
If goods are found to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, we reserve the right to replace, repair (if possible) or refund.
Otherwise, customer return goods at their expense as directed by our Company.
On receipt of returned goods our team will inspect and advise our next steps; if a refund is required it will be via the original payment method used during purchase.
If we decline a credit or refund request, we will provide our reasons within a reasonable time after our receipt of items in question.
Credit card payments take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on a credit card statement.
Note: Goods claimed faulty for either credit or replacement may be declined if it becomes apparent the good(s) were not treated in accordance with the Manufacturers Care and Maintenance Instructions.
