Delivery:

Orders from the BBQs Galore website are delivered to your front door, provided there are no stairs on the delivery path. Items are shipped in their original packaging for self-assembly, as no assembly service is available.

Delivery Times:

Expect delivery to take between 1 and 7 business days, depending on your location and the items ordered.

Shipping Costs:

The product price includes shipping fees, with total costs visible on the Shopping Cart page before any payment is made.

Order Confirmation:

After your purchase, you'll receive an email detailing your order.

Tracking:

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses. Tracking information will be sent via email once each part of the order is dispatched. Tracking is only available for accessories, while larger items like barbecues will involve direct contact from our logistics partner to arrange delivery.

Click and Collect:

This service is currently unavailable, with all orders being delivered to the provided address.

All shipments are under Authority to Leave (ATL):

ATL means your parcel will be left at a safe spot at the delivery address without needing a signature. Coleman BBQs AU is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels under ATL. If a safe spot isn't available, the parcel may be taken to a local depot.

Returns

Cancellation:

You can cancel your order at no cost before shipment confirmation. To cancel, contact GAF Control (Sales) Pty Ltd using the provided contact details.

Returns:

If you need to return a product, send it back in its new, unopened packaging to GAF Control (Sales) Pty Ltd, PO Box 19, Altona North, Victoria, 3025, for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Exchanges:

Direct exchanges are not available. If an exchange is needed, please proceed through the returns process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.
