Shipping Policy
The majority of orders are dispatched from the Global Shop Direct warehouse within 2 business days. Please allow up to an additional seven days for Australia Post to deliver your order. If you are not home, the delivery person will find a safe place to leave the item, otherwise, they will leave a card with instructions on how to pick up the delivery from your post office outlet.Please note for BBQs Galore orders we do not ship outside of Australia
Returns and Refund
We invite you to purchase any product from Global Shop Direct and try it at home. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your product, simply send it back within 30 days for a full refund of the product price.For Change Of Mind returns within 30 days of receipt, items must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage at Customer’s expense. Please contact retail@globalshopdirect.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation before goods can be returned.
For faulty or incorrectly delivered items please contact Global Shop Direct at retail@globalshopdirect.com.au for return or replacement instructions. All products are covered under Australian Consumer Law.
