Jenjo Games dispatch all orders within 1 business day Monday - Friday.
Unfortunately our courier drivers do not deliver to P.O Boxes. If you have an alternative
address like an office or workplace we can deliver to this would make the process of dispatch
run smoothly.
All orders are booked into the system with Authority To Leave.
If you are having any issues with transit or tracking please get in touch with our team asap so
we can lodge an investigation on your behalf.
Returns and Refund
Jenjo Games offer an exchange for change of mind purchase'. Items will need to be returned to
our warehouse within 30 days in it's original, unused, re-sellable condition.
Once the item/s has been returned and inspected the customer will be refunded for the cost of
the item only. Any return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
