Customer Service Policy

We give you 100% Satisfaction "Money Back" Guarantee

  • If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund.
  • You can return your purchase up to 1 month from the purchase date.
  • Products must be in the original box and/or packaging.
  • We'll refund or credit you in full (excluding freight costs) an amount equal to the value of your remaining unopened bottles plus one opened bottle only.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the wineries! Email us and we will give you the right address where you can send your wines to.
  • Once your return is received by our team, (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 7 days.

Note : We offer our 100% Satisfaction "Money Back" Guarantee is offered in good faith, and we ask that it only be used in genuine cases where you have been dissatisfied with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a return/refund policy if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

We cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. If the address is incorrect and/or the delivery is refused or unable to be completed, then the order will be returned to our distribution centre and additional handling costs plus freight charges will be applied to a request for re-delivery.

If the address is incorrect and the delivery is refused or unable to be completed and the customer chooses no re-delivery then a handling charge and all applicable freight charges will be deducted from any refund made. To avoid these costs, we recommend that you double check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

We are an Australian-based company, licensed to sell wine to Australian residents. As such, we are only able to deliver wine to addresses located in Australia. Should you wish to have a purchase delivered to a location outside of Australia, you will need to make arrangements with your own shipping agent.

Risk of damage, loss, or deterioration to the product passes to the buyer upon delivery, and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.

What do I do if I receive broken bottles in my order?

If you receive a case of wine with one or more broken bottles, simply let us know within 2 working days of the date of delivery, and we will issue you with an account credit equal to the price paid by you for the broken bottles.

Note: Other than in the circumstances outlined above in our 100% Satisfaction "Money Back" Guarantee, no returns will be accepted, and no refunds will be made in respect of purchases you make via our BBQ's Galore store.

Exchange Policy

Item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it The seller is responsible for return postage costs. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund
