- The competitor must be a legitimate, authorised retailer located within a reasonable distance of the store.
- The competitor must have the identical product in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- The competitor must have the product in question priced lower, including any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs.
- The competitor must not be a marketplace such as eBay or Amazon.
- Barbeques Galore ‘Online only’ products are not subject to the policy.
