Start the BBQ on a medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the chicken, then place on to The Ziggy with the chicken skin side down. Place something heavy on top of the chicken, traditional it’s a brick wrapped in foil. Cook the chicken on the skin side for 20 minutes on a low heat.

In a bowl combine the yoghurt, garlic and olive oil, mix together until smooth.

While the chicken is cooking, drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the broccolini and add to the Ziggy. Add the lemons into the BBQ cut side down and cook until caramelized.

After around 20 minutes turn the chicken. It should only take under 5 minutes on the other side. Once cooked through to your liking, remove from the heat and allow to rest.

Carve the chicken into 8 pieces. Serve the chicken on the broccolini with the lemon piece and yoghurt on the side. Salt to finish.
