Chicken, Plum and Camembert Pizza – Pizza

Have fun experimenting with different pizza toppings. This pizza was made on the Ziegler & Brown Triple Grill but you can use your pizza stone on any BBQ.

  • Cooking Time:10-15 minutes
  • Serves:2
  • Pre-made Pizza base
  • 150g cooked chicken
  • 5 tbs plum jam
  • 80g Camembert cheese
  1. Replace the centre grill with the optional trivet, the side stamped Pizza facing up, and place the pizza stone on top
  2. Using all the burners on high and the hood closed preheat your bbq to 200 degrees
  3. Spread jam on the base and sprinkle over the chicken and cheese
  4. Turn off the center burner and slide your pizza on the stone
  5. Cook for about 10-15 min or until cheese is melted and edges are golden
